Prices do not include shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices. The prices shown on the website are in euros. All prices include the Spanish VAT applicable for customers within the European Union. Delivery time and costs

Your order will be shipped within fifteen regular working days, Monday through Friday. Please note that the following shipping costs do not include import charges that may be due when the package arrives at the destination country. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and holidays. When your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods on time, you will be notified and have the right to cancel the order. If payment has been made in advance, your money will be returned to you as soon as possible within 30 days.


Damaged goods

If the product is damaged on receipt, you have the right to file a claim.

How to file a claim:

Please contact as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible, then we will try to replace the product or offer you an alternative. If we cannot replace the product or remedy the fault, then we will refund your money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim, you will be informed and a new product will be sent to you along with the cost of returning the compensation, or we will reimburse you for the product and return costs, if the damage was due to not following the care instructions provided by the brand, we will not be responsible.


Force majeure

We have the right to assert force majeure in case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar.
