Goods will be shipped on regular business days, Monday through Friday with standard shipping for international orders. A physical address and signature is required upon delivery. 


When your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number via email that can be used to track your order. Valid identification may be required when picking up your package.



Please note that the following shipping charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the destination country. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and holidays.





You can return any item purchased on within 15 days of delivery. This is how it is done:


- Ask for the return form at

- Please ensure that the goods you return are in their original condition, including labels and packaging, otherwise we cannot accept your return and issue a refund. 

- Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid cardboard box) 


You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our studio. 


Once your package arrives at our studio, please allow 3-7 business days (depending on peak hours) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions indicated, the package will be returned to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
